Facility Rental Rates
Rates are charged per day or by event… we give a discount for a two day package and discounts for Church and some non-profit community events. A 25% Non-Refundable deposit is required to book and hold a date. The Standard fee is $2,000.00 for up to 250 guests and $2,500.00 for over 250 guests. Rental includes the facility, tables & chairs, & outdoor areas. The Party Place can handle large groups of people, plus, both indoor and outdoor events can be planned.
