Facility Rental Rates

The Party Place facility is also available for rent.  Rates are – $1,700.00 per day,   OR  $225.00 per hour, set-up & tear-down time is included as rental time.  This covers the building and facility amenities,such as stage, stage lighting, dance floor, dressing rooms, large bathrooms,  sound system, serving & prep. kitchen, outdoor areas, tables & chairs to seat up to 350 people, beer & wine cash bar, free parking, one or two employees on site.   Half day rates and multiple day packages are available.  . . .
