Facility Rental Rates
Rates are charged based on the event… we give a discount for a two day package. A 25% Non-Refundable deposit is required to book and hold a date. The Standard fee is $2,000.00 for up to 200 guests for a one day rental. Rental time must include your set-up and tear-down time. All events must be completed and cleared from the facility by 11:00 pm. The charge is $3,000.00 or more for over 200 guests. If rented by the hour, the charge is $200.00 per hour, but a minimum of 4 hours is necessary to use the hourly rate. Rental includes the facility, tables & chairs, & outdoor areas. The Party Place can handle large groups of people, plus, both indoor and outdoor events can be planned.
