Facility Rental Rate
Rates are charged based on the event… we give a discount for a two day package. A 25% Non-Refundable deposit is required to book and hold a date. The Standard fee for a wedding and reception can be from $5,000.00 and up depending on number of guests for a one day rental. A one day rental time is from 9:00am until 11:00pm. All events must be completed and cleared from the facility by 11:00 pm. If rented by the hour, the charge is $450.00 per hour, but a minimum of 3 hours is necessary to use the hourly rate. Rental includes the facility, tables & chairs, & outdoor areas. The Party Place can handle large groups of people, plus, both indoor and outdoor events can be planned.
