 “NEIGHBORS UNITED” FUND RAISING EVENT!!

For Polk County Residents who suffered damages during the May storms, floods, and landslides.

Join us on July 21st starting around  5:00 pm for an evening of Neighbors Uniting together to help those affected by the storm flooding and landslides.  Tickets are $25.00 and will include your meal, performances by “The Saluda’s Got Talent” Club, “Jamming Music with Bob and his Buddies”, then the band “Super 60’s” will perform for a dance. A cash bar will be available with proceeds going to the fund.  Dress with your favorite back in the 60’s fashion just to keep the fun going for the event.  Be sure to bring some extra cash to bid on the items for sale in the Silent Auction or just to drop in the donation box.  If you have any items to donate for the Silent Auction, please call Judy Ward, 828-674-5958 or The Party Place & Event Center, 828-749-3676.  The” NC Baptists on a Mission” has a fund already set up to get 100% of the money  to those families who need assistance.  Donations are tax deductable. Tickets can be purchased at Saluda Outfitters, Saluda Historic Depot, Saluda Truck Plaza or The Party Place & Event Center.  PLEASE  get your tickets early so we can better plan the food for the meal.  Let’s all united together, have some fun and help our Neighbors!

Welcome to the website  of “The Party Place and Event Center”!! (formerly Saluda Mountain Jamboree).  Please take a few minutes and click on each page of the site to check on the calendar of events,  rental rates on the tickets tab, contact or directions, or scroll through the picture albums on the gallery page!  The events schedule page is where the booking calendar is located with information about the event or private booking.  You can keep check on the schedule by clicking on the Events Schedule page and moving from month to month. We can handle large or small groups of people inside or outside for your weddings, receptions, reunions, bridal showers, corporate events or retirement parties, fund raising, class reunions, or other types of parties. You can just rent the facility and do the work, or we can offer packages to help with your plans.  The Gallery page here on our website has several picture albums to view.  So spend some time and just browse around on these webpages.  We hope you enjoy getting to know about us and that you will make plans to come visit “The Party Place and Event Center”.

The facility is a 12,000 sq. ft. building, is climate controlled for year round comfort, it has a huge auditorium, a beautiful stage, cozy rock fireplace, plus, tables & chairs to seat up to 350 people.  AND free WI-FI is now available. The choice of “Classy Country” or “Casual Country” can be your theme.  Or just let your imagination create your special event!! The facility has plenty of air conditioning for summer months and central heating for winter months.  There are spacious restrooms and we take pride in keeping our facility and grounds clean for our guests. Our gazebo, outdoor deck, board walks, “alter in the woods”, flower gardens and tree lined courtyard offer the best of Mother Nature’s beauty. Plan an outdoor event with the security of moving inside if the weather changes your plans.  The building is smoke free with smoking areas outside. It is easy to locate, just off I-26 at the Saluda Exit # 59. There is a large, lighted parking area, and even the largest bus has no problem getting in and out.   Beer and wine are available at the custom designed bar area.  That service is kept very low key and available only if you choose.
